Order Study privacy policy
This policy covers the Order Study Android puzzle game and messages you send us about it.
Your game data
Order Study saves completed levels, your current puzzle and move history, and sound and reduced-motion preferences on your device. It may keep local recovery copies when saved puzzles change between versions.
Order Study works offline. The game does not send your local progress or activity logs to Mithril Axe Studio.
The game also writes a local activity log containing event times, board identifiers, moves, selections, hints and Undo actions. Development test modes can create additional device and performance reports. These local files are separate from support information you choose to send us.
Accounts, ads and purchases
Order Study does not require an account and does not include advertising or in-app purchases.
Device and platform services
Android backup, Google Play and other services on your device have their own settings and privacy practices. Manage device backups through your Android and Google account settings. Visiting this website is covered by our website privacy policy.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments you include. We use them to answer your request and investigate the issue you report. Please include only information relevant to your request.
Our support address uses Cloudflare Email Routing to forward messages to our inbox. Cloudflare and the inbox provider process messages to deliver that service. Their privacy information is available from Cloudflare and Google.
Removing information
You can remove local game data using Android’s app storage controls or by uninstalling Order Study. This removes saved progress and preferences; device backups may need to be managed separately.
