Splat Shuffle Privacy Policy
This policy covers Splat Shuffle, our Android puzzle game, and support requests about it.
Information stored on your device
The game stores puzzle progress, settings, board recovery information and paint on your device. It also creates local playtest reports during play. Reports can contain session times, puzzle and move history, use of hints and Undo, performance measurements, game version, and device information such as model, operating system, graphics hardware and display size. The game's report format does not include your name or a hardware identifier.
Sharing a playtest report
The Copy playtest button copies the selected report to your device clipboard. It does not automatically send the report to us. You decide whether to paste or share it. Applications and services you choose to share with have their own privacy practices.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and anything you choose to include, such as a playtest report. We use that information to respond to your request and investigate related problems. Avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
Our domain email uses Cloudflare Email Routing to forward messages to our support inbox. Cloudflare and the inbox provider process messages to deliver this service. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy. We do not sell support messages or use them for advertising.
Accounts, advertising and purchases
Splat Shuffle does not require an account. This release is free and does not contain advertising or in-app purchases.
Game and device services
The publishing configuration disables Unity advertising, analytics, purchasing and diagnostics services. Progress and playtest reports are stored locally; the Copy playtest action does not upload them. Android backup, Google Play and other device services operate under their own privacy settings and policies. Copies made by device backup or shared through other apps are separate from the game's local storage.
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until it is removed or replaced. You can remove it using Android's app storage controls or by uninstalling the game; doing so removes saved progress and paintings. Device backups may need to be managed separately in your backup settings.
We retain support emails and reports you voluntarily send only as long as needed to resolve your request and investigate related problems. To request deletion of information you sent us, email hello@mithrilaxestudio.com. Copies you shared with other recipients are handled by those recipients.
Audience
Splat Shuffle is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you believe a child under 13 has sent personal information to our support address, contact us so we can address the request.
